All orders are crafted and dispatched in 3-4 business days.

Based on your location, it may take a maximum of 8–12 business days to get your order delivered to your doorstep. Ensure that you create the unboxing video even if the box is not damaged, just in case you need to claim a replacement for any defects or damages.

• The painting print will be on cotton canvas that has been rolled up in a corrugated tube with extra margins for framing. Please choose a suitable frame from your local market based on home aesthetics, as they will not be ready to hang and we do not advise using them as is.

• The majority of the artworks in our list are unique creations of ours.

Refunds and Returns policy at Viventiq 

We at Viventiq believe in the quality of our products and the joy they bring to your home as home decoration - Refund and Return policy at Viventiq. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our simple Refund and Return policy at Viventiq is a proof to our commitment to your satisfaction.

Return Process :

We have 7 days return policy , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions for a Smooth Return or Exchange:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, Then under Refund and Return policy at Viventiq we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges of receiving a damaged or wrong product:

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. If this happens, please contact Viventiq team within 48 hours with clear photos of the canvas wall painting and of the issue. We'll work swiftly to resolve the problem and provide you with a seamless return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

While we encourage you to take advantage of Viventiq’s special promotions and sales, please note that these items on sale once sold are considered final sale and non-returnable under Refund and Return policy at Viventiq. We hope you'll understand as we strive to offer you exceptional value. Additionally returns of such products that have been used by you and are damaged on your end will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged in transit or courier damage or faulty, we'll take care of the return shipping. For returns due to other reasons (like change of mind or customer not available), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Easy Exchange Process:

We at Viventiq are committed to providing excellent customer service. We’ll review your returned item under Refund and Return policy at Viventiq and keep you updated on the status of your exchange. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at plusdigital.in@gmail.com.

Cancellations:

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours for a return or exchange. Just know that once we start production, it might be difficult to make changes. So no cancellations on ordered canvas paintings are accepted after 24 hours.

1. Can I find paintings for my home or living room on your website?

Yes, you can definitely find paintings for your home or living room here. We have a wide selection to help you decorate your space just how you like it.

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

“We want you to love your art!” If it arrives damaged, we'll happily exchange it within 7 days. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for changes of mind. However, if you made a mistake ordering, you have 2 hours to cancel via email or WhatsApp.

3. How do I place an order for custom framing options?

For custom framing, please reach out to us on WhatsApp. We can discuss your specific needs and provide pricing.

4. What payment methods do you accept? 

We provide flexible payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets such as UPI and PhonePe.

5. Is cash on delivery (COD) available for orders in India?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in India! To arrange COD, please contact us via WhatsApp.

6. Do you offer international shipping for your art prints?

We currently do not provide international shipping.

7. How can I track my order after making a purchase?

After your purchase is shipped, we'll provide a tracking link so you can stay updated on your delivery.

8. Do you offer gift-wrapping and personalized notes for art print orders?

We can include a custom note with your gift. For gift-wrapping, we don't offer that service currently. Contact us on WhatsApp to add your note.
